Jennifer Erickson, CHRP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Pure Industrial since May 2025. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Otis Elevator Co. from December 2008 to May 2025, overseeing the Canada division with responsibility for 11 branch offices and over 1,000 employees. Earlier in the career, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources Manager for Arvin Meritor from 1998 to 2008, managing HR for two unionized automotive manufacturing sites in Canada and the USA. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from Ryerson University and a Business Administration degree in Human Resources from Humber College, alongside certification from HRPA.
