Whitney Côté

Whitney Côté is an experienced professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Pure Industrial since September 2016. Throughout the tenure at Pure Industrial, Whitney has successfully managed the acquisition of 30 assets totaling over $1.3 billion and 28 dispositions amounting to $230 million across the USA and Canada. Prior experience includes roles such as Real Estate Analyst and Marketing Manager at ACM Advisors, where responsibilities encompassed underwriting, client relationship management, and marketing development. Earlier positions involved research and account services at Rethink Communications. Whitney holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, along with degrees in Global Resource Systems and International Business from The University of British Columbia and The University of Queensland, respectively, and a French Language Certificate from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
