Joe Horowitz

Joe Horowitz is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development and sports. Currently serving as the Vice President at PURE Insurance since June 2019, Joe previously held vice president roles in business development at ExcelAire LLC and The LISS GROUP from 2015 to 2019. Joe has also worked as a brand ambassador and new business development specialist at Webair from 2011 to 2019. Before transitioning into business, Joe was a professional golfer and golf marketing specialist from 2003 to January 2023, with notable achievements including membership in the PGA Tour Canada from 2004 to 2009 and multiple wins at the Goslings Invitational. Joe is a graduate of the University of Richmond, holding a BA in Rhetoric, and has served on the board of the Army Ranger Lead The Way Fund from 2008 to 2014.
