Phil Figueiredo

Phil Figueiredo currently serves as Senior Vice President & Controller at PURE Group of Insurance Companies since December 2006. Prior to this role, Figueiredo held the position of Vice President & Controller at PURE High Net Worth Insurance from 2006 to April 2010, where responsibilities included developing the company’s infrastructure for insurance operations and managing daily business activities. Previous experience includes serving as VP & Controller at QBE the Americas from June 1999 to July 2006, overseeing central services and financial reporting for a multi-national insurance division, and earlier as Senior Vice President, Controller & Treasurer at Generali US Branch from January 1986 to June 1999, managing accounting functions and a Managing General Agency business valued at $170 million. Figueiredo holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Montclair State University.
