Sara Kendall

Sara Kendall, MSL, CPCU is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at PURE Insurance since June 2025. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Ryan Specialty from March 2023 to June 2025, and served as Director of Claims Compliance Reporting at Markel from September 2021 to March 2023. With a strong background in compliance, Sara's experience spans various leadership roles at prominent insurance companies including Chubb, AmTrust North America, Mercury Insurance, Phoenix Insurance Group, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Sara holds a Master of Studies in Law with a focus on Corporate Compliance from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
