In 2012, Delia joined Purity Technology, LLC as a Recruiter, responsible for placing candidates in IT, administrative, and financial positions. Delia broke several accounts and expanded the company's client base. From 2015 to 2019, Delia worked at Two Sigma as a Technical Recruiter, playing a key role in developing and implementing recruiting workflows and processes. Delia also engaged external recruiters and actively recruited for various positions, contributing to the growth and evolution of the company's culture.

In 2018, Delia briefly joined Purity Technology, LLC again, this time as an Account Manager & Sr. Technical Recruiter. Delia then moved on to Pure IT Credit Union Services in 2019, where they held multiple roles. Initially, Delia served as a Scrum Master, guiding the development team through agile methodologies. Delia later became a Program Manager, overseeing project execution. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Service Strategy, focusing on the strategic management of service delivery.
