Melanie Polack

Melanie Polack is the Vice President of Reimbursement at Pure Life Renal, where Melanie has been since April 2015. Prior to that, Melanie worked at Fresenius Medical Care as the Director of Reimbursement. Melanie also has experience as an Associate at Health Directions. Melanie holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Kent State University.
