Michika Onoda

Michika Onoda has an extensive work experience in the field of polymer development. Michika began their career in 2016 when they accepted a JSPS Research Fellowships (DC1) position at The University of Tokyo. In 2017, they held a Visiting Researcher position at the University of Minnesota and was also the CTO and Founder of Nanotis Corporation. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a JSPS Cross-border Postdoctoral Fellow and JSPS Superlative Postdoctoral Fellow (SPD) at both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Nagoya University. Currently, they are the Director of Polymer Development at Pure Lithium Corporation.

Michika Onoda obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from The University of Tokyo in 2014, followed by a Master of Engineering in the same field from the same university in 2016. Michika then went on to receive their Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from The University of Tokyo in 2019.
