Eric Wetherington

Eric Wetherington is currently the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Pure Property Management. In this role, they are responsible for increasing revenue, enhancing and developing new business partnerships, and overall improvement of the company bottom line. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer for Renters Insurance Solutions where they were responsible for bringing innovative insurance solutions to the property management industry that benefit tenants, owners, and property managers. Eric also served as the Chief Operating Officer for 3 R Leadership, a new way for real estate brokers to recruit, retain, and refine relationships with agents within their office and on their recruiting list. Eric began their career in real estate as a Broker-in-Charge for New Heights Property Management where they oversaw the growth of the company from the beginning, quickly building it to a team of 20 people managing nearly 1,300 single-family homes in the Charleston area. Eric has also served as the President for The Wetherington Group and as the Vice President of Business Development for National Investors Title Insurance Company.

Eric Wetherington attended Cornerstone University, where they earned a B Mus in Vocal Performance. Eric was active on campus, serving as Junior Class President, Breakpoint Team Leader, and A.L.I.V.E. Team Member, and was also a member of the Chorale and Symphonic Band.

After graduation, Eric became a Master Property Manager through the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Eric later earned the Residential Management Professional designation from the same organization.
