Amy Baker

Amy Baker is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner for GTM Americas at Pure Storage since March 2022. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at VMware Tanzu from April 2014 to March 2022, including Human Resources Management Partner and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included leadership coaching and HR support across multiple business units. Amy's career also includes HR roles at Hewlett-Packard, Manhattan Associates, IKON Office Solutions, TeleTech, and Sears, Roebuck and Co. Amy holds a Master of Management in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in English from The University of Alabama.
