Annette Pedroza

Annette Pedroza, CCXP, currently serves as the Director of Customer Success Operations at Pure Storage since April 2021. Previously, Annette held the role of Director of Customer Experience at McAfee from August 2018 to January 2020 and at Rodan + Fields from September 2016 to August 2018, where Annette developed strategies that enhanced retention and sales for Independent Consultants. Annette also worked as the Director of Customer Experience at Intermedia, where a comprehensive Customer Experience vision and enterprise-wide initiatives were implemented. In an earlier position as a Customer Experience Program Manager at eBay, Annette managed the Net Promoter Score Detractor Callback Program to improve relationships and foster a customer-centric culture. Annette holds a BS in Anthropology/Behavioral Science with a Minor in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
