David Stamen

David Stamen is an experienced technical leader currently serving as the Technical Strategy Director for Cloud at Pure Storage, where responsibilities include driving enterprise business transformation and leading sales go-to-market enablement. Prior roles at Pure Storage include Global Practice Leader for Virtualization and Cloud and Principal Field Solutions Architect, focusing on VMware and Cloud solutions. David has also held positions at VMware as a Technical Marketing Architect, and at Avast and RoundTower Technologies as a Senior Systems Engineer, where expertise in virtualization and cloud infrastructure was developed. Early career experience includes network administration at Orlando Health and technical support roles at Lockheed Martin and CompUSA. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida and an Associate in Arts in Information Technology from Valencia College.
