Mike Wegbreit is a seasoned professional in sales operations with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Americas Enterprise Sales Operations at Pure Storage since October 2023, Wegbreit previously held senior director positions in sales operations at Nozomi Networks, Rubrik, Inc., and Cumulus Networks. Wegbreit’s foundational career includes significant roles at VMware, where a range of responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager of Sales Strategy & Transformation to Worldwide Sales Operations Program Manager.
