Yu Zhou

Yu Zhou is currently serving as a Manufacturing Test Engineer at Pure Storage since December 2023, following a tenure as a Test Engineer at CSAT Solutions LP from April 2020 to December 2023, where extensive testing projects for Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung, Hynix, and Micron products were conducted. Prior to this role, Yu Zhou worked as a Research Assistant at Prairie View A&M University from September 2014 to December 2019, focusing on deep learning and computer vision projects, achieving an accuracy of 95% in building an embedded code dataset. Earlier experience includes working as an Electronics Engineer at the Institute of Automation, Shandong Academy of Sciences from July 2010 to August 2014, where multiple projects using microcontrollers were designed and developed. Yu Zhou holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master of Science (MS) in the same field from Prairie View A&M University, as well as a Master's degree in Mechanical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from the University of Jinan.
