Katy McIntosh

Katy McIntosh serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at PureCars since October 2023. With extensive experience in customer success and operations, Katy held pivotal roles at Upstart, including Senior Director of Dealer Experience and Head of Customer Success for Upstart Auto Retail from April 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Katy was Vice President of Customer Success at Prodigy Software Inc. (acquired by Upstart Holdings) and SVP of Operations at Smarter Sorting, where significant accomplishments included developing company strategies and achieving quarterly goals. Earlier roles include leadership positions at OwnLocal and Main Street Hub, encompassing customer success and operational management. Katy began a career in marketing and editorial roles, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Auburn University.
