Jimmie's most recent position was as the Director of Prep Operations at PureCycle Technologies, where they are responsible for overseeing the preparation operations. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Post Industrial Feedstock Procurement at the same company.

Before joining PureCycle Technologies, Jimmie worked at Pratt Industries for five years as a Regional Sales Associate. Pratt Industries is the largest 100% recycled fiber mill in the United States, and Jimmie's role involved sales and promoting sustainable packaging solutions.

Jimmie also has experience as a General Manager at Zero Waste Energy, where they played a key role in starting up the first Mixed Waste Processing facility in the United States. Jimmie was responsible for hiring and training personnel, developing safety and maintenance programs, and managing overall operations.

Prior to that, Jimmie worked as a General Manager at Republic Services, overseeing the operations, sales, and maintenance of two Material Recovery Facilities in the St. Louis market. Jimmie successfully managed these facilities with a combined revenue of over 30 million.

Jimmie also served as the COO at GenAgain, a startup company focused on converting mixed waste plastic into crude oil. Jimmie managed budgets for construction and operations, negotiated contracts, and ensured smooth operations.

Jimmie'searlier roles include working as a GM at Greenstar, a National Operations Manager at Patt Industries, and a Regional Director at ReCommunity. Jimmie started their career at BFI, where they held various positions for nine years.
