Sheila Chau

Sheila Chau is an experienced professional in technology solutions management and product delivery, currently serving as VP of Professional Services at PureFacts Financial Solutions since May 2024. In addition, Sheila has operated a consulting firm since January 2018, focusing on regulatory requirements and Agile methodologies. Previously, Sheila held the role of VP of Solutions Engineering at Mako Financial Technologies from September 2021 to August 2023, where leadership in cross-functional teams significantly contributed to the company's prominence in the Canadian Reg Tech sector. Prior experience includes directing business systems analysis and application support at Fidelity Canada and serving as a Senior Project Manager at Ticoon Technology. Sheila holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Toronto along with completion of the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
