James Palmer Fcilt

James Palmer FCILT currently serves as the VP of Automation, Robotics, and Professional Services at StrongPoint since July 2022, after holding the position of Director in the same field. Previously, James was the Operations, Planning & Delivery Director at Fortna from December 2020 to July 2022 and the Owner of Automation Strategy, Design & Implementation at JJP Supply Chain Solutions. Additional roles include Head of Logistics Engineering at T0DAY, Automation Solution Design and Senior Project Manager at GXO Logistics, Inc., and various positions at Ocado, including Head of Automation Engineering Programme Management. James' earlier experience includes serving as Manufacturing Manager at PepsiCo and Front Line Manager at Asda. James holds a Master of Arts (M.A. Hons) in Management Science from the University of Glasgow.
