Bruce Fitzpatrick

Bruce Fitzpatrick has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Bruce is currently the Head of Human Resources at PureField Ingredients, where they assumed this position in October 2022. Prior to that, Bruce served as the Director of Human Resources at Hostess Brands from January 2021 to October 2022. In this role, they oversaw the field workforce in the US and Canada, consisting of 2,700 employees. From February 2007 to January 2021, Bruce worked at Corbion as the Director of Global Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for the HR function in the Americas, supporting over 800 employees across Brazil, Mexico, the US, and Canada. Bruce started their HR career at Sysco Food Services in September 2001, where they worked as an HR Generalist. During their time at Sysco, they collaborated with the operations group to build a highly engaged workforce of 300+ drivers and warehouse employees, reducing turnover and increasing throughput year over year. Additionally, Bruce was responsible for resolving all open employee relations matters for the operations group.

Bruce Fitzpatrick attended The University of Kansas from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
