Helene Overgaard Pedersen serves as the Learning & Development Manager at PureGym since October 2020, specializing in e-learning and innovative educational approaches. Responsibilities include creating training materials and organizing training programs across both national and international levels within the organization. Previously, as an Education Consultant at PureGym/Fitness World Academy, Helene focused on developing educational materials and enhancing instructor qualifications. Additionally, Helene has extensive teaching experience as a fitness instructor at Fitness World and has held roles such as Group Fitness Mentor and Center Leader. Experience also includes teaching dance to children and adults at Aalborg Danse Center and providing entertaining character experiences at LEGOLAND Billund Resort. Helene's educational background includes current studies in HR at Business Academy Aarhus, a degree in Sport Science from Aalborg University, and prior studies in public administration and communication.
