Jon Rowell Ciwfm

Jon Rowell CIWFM is an experienced senior development and property manager with a proven track record in leading property development projects and energy improvement initiatives across the UK and Switzerland at PureGym since September 2022. Previously, Jon held positions at Marks and Spencer from January 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing capital asset investment programmes and construction projects. Jon's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Thomas Cook, from January 2008 to January 2020, overseeing a multi-site retail property portfolio and leading new store formats. Earlier roles at RNID and Cambridgeshire County Council involved managing corporate real estate portfolios and liaising with senior stakeholders. Jon holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and additional qualifications in health and safety, inclusive environments, and building studies.
