Karen Copley

Karen Copley possesses extensive experience in IT service delivery and operations, currently serving as the Head of IT Service Delivery at PureGym since October 2023. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Head of IT Service Delivery at FOD Mobility Group from January 2023 to September 2023, and at Whitbread from October 2019 to November 2022. Previous roles include leading IT infrastructure and operations at Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd and various positions at easyJet, including Service Delivery Manager and Infrastructure Manager. Karen's career began in 1988 at NatWest, with a progression through roles at GEC Avionics, Telewest Communications, Go Fly, and culminated in substantial leadership positions focused on service delivery and infrastructure management.
