Kris Galashan

Kris Galashan is a Non‑Executive Director of the Group and a Partner with Leonard Green & Partners. Kris joined LGP as an Associate in 2002. Prior to joining LGP, he had worked in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse First Boston, formerly DLJ, in its Los Angeles office. Kris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. Mr. Galashan currently serves on the boards of Mister Car Wash Inc., The Container Store Group Inc., USHG Acquisition Corp, Union Square Hospitality Group LLC, Life Time Fitness (Life Time Group Holdings Inc.), Visual Comfort (Illuminate Parent Holdings GP LLC), Milan Laser Inc., The Shade Store (TSS Intermediate Holdings LLC), Troon Golf (Green Links Holdings, LLC) and Zaxby’s (Craveability Intermediate Holdings LLC).
