Rebecca Passmore

Rebecca Passmore currently serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer at PureGym, overseeing operations in the UK, Switzerland, and Denmark since October 2023. Previously, Rebecca held key leadership roles at PureGym, including Group Managing Director and UK Managing Director. Rebecca's extensive experience in retail and operations includes positions such as Store Operations Director at Wickes and various senior roles at Asda, including Senior Director of Proposition and Head of Asset Management. Earlier in the career, Rebecca contributed to operations at TJX Europe and Aldi UK & Ireland. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham.
