Tom Walker

Tom Walker is an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Group. He is a London-based private investor and, in 2006, cofounded CCMP Capital Partners, a global private equity firm. Prior to that, he was a partner of JP Morgan Partners. Tom has held investment banking roles with Drexel Burnham Lambert, Kidder Peabody, Credit Suisse First Boston and JP Morgan. Tom serves as non-executive director of JW Coloursystem Ltd, an emerging UK hair colour brand, and as non-executive director of Vam Investment SPAC B.V., a Euronext-listed special purpose acquisition company. Tom received a BS and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and the University of Chicago, respectively.
