Ali Rizvi

Ali Rizvi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Most recently, they served as the Executive Director - People & Organization at PureHealth starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at GSK for a total of 12 years, holding various roles including HR Transformation & People Transition Lead, HR Transformation Lead, HR Integration Lead, and HR Head Consumer Healthcare. Ali also worked as the HR Director Pakistan at Johnson & Johnson and as an HR Business Partner & Talent Manager at Shell. Furthermore, they held positions as the Human Resource Manager at Novartis Consumer Health, Recruitment and Development Manager at Warid Telecom Ltd, and as the Human Resource Manager Pakistan & Bangladesh at Levi Strauss & Co. in addition to other roles within the same company. Ali Rizvi has demonstrated expertise in people and organization management throughout their career.

Ali Rizvi completed their education by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Finance & Marketing from the Institute of Management Sciences in Lahore, Pakistan, from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Punjab between 1989 and 1991. Ali's earlier schooling took place at the Habib Public School, where they completed their Junior Cambridge education from 1977 to 1984.
