Hala Hammoud

Hala Hammoud is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Senior Manager in People & Organization at PureHealth since November 2018. Hala has developed and executed HR strategies that align with organizational goals while leading and mentoring HR teams. Previous roles include Manager of HR Governance and Projects, where Hala formulated HR policies in compliance with UAE Labor Law, and Assistant HR Manager across various functions, focusing on employee lifecycle activities and total rewards. Prior to PureHealth, Hala worked as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at F.T.C. Leila Restaurants and has experience as a Freelance Journalist. Hala holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Lebanese International University.
