Syed Hussain

Syed Hussain has a significant amount of experience in the field of data intelligence and value creation. Syed is currently the Director of Data Intelligence and Value Creation at PureHealth, where they are responsible for implementing various data and AI initiatives. Prior to this role, they worked at Open Insight UAE as the Head of Digital, Data & AI Practice, where they led a consulting practice and advised businesses on leveraging their data assets for digital transformation. Syed also has experience working at MTN Telecommunications Group as the Group Executive of Big Data, AI & Advanced Analytics, and at Etisalat as the Group Director of Customer Value Management & Insights. Earlier in their career, they worked at Toyota Financial Services and Ceridian in various technology roles. Overall, Syed Hussain has a strong background in data analytics and has led successful initiatives in multiple countries.

Syed Hussain has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Houston-Downtown, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Syed then pursued a Post Graduate degree in Financial Economics from the University of London from 2003 to 2006. Later, Syed completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Alliance Manchester Business School between 2011 and 2014. Additionally, Syed has obtained certifications in Oracle Certified DBA from Oracle, Powercentre from Informatica, and SAS Enterprise Miner from SAS.
