Tariq Ahmed has a diverse work experience in project management and agile coaching. Tariq is currently working as the Lead of the Project Management Office at Pure Health. Prior to that, Tariq served as a ScrumMaster, Team Coach, and Agile Coach at Best Buy Canada, where they successfully led a project to onboard a major wireless carrier, generating significant revenue. Tariq also worked as an Agile Transformation Consultant at HSBC, where they led advisory and organizational changes and provided agile coaching services. Tariq has experience as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at We Are Nova, where they focused on process improvement and training. Tariq also worked as a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager at Bank Al Habib Limited, managing projects using agile methodologies. Additionally, Tariq served as an Agile Transformation Consultant at Marine Express Agencies, leading the transition from waterfall to agile and providing training to teams. Prior to these roles, they worked as an IT Consultant and Business Analyst at Tesco UK.

Tariq Ahmed holds a BSc (hons) degree in Computer Science from Abertay University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Tariq also completed their A Level equivalent in Pre-Engineering from APS & C Karachi, Pakistan, from 1999 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Tariq has obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, and Professional Scrum Master I and II from Scrum.org. Tariq is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
