Gianluca Martena

Gianluca Martena has four years of professional work experience. From 2020 to present, they have been a Researcher at pureLiFi Ltd. From 2016 to 2020, they were an Application Engineer at Futurit Srl. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Technical Biomedical Assistant at C.D.O. SAS. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Praktikant R&D Engineer at Medyria A.G.

Gianluca Martena is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Optical Wireless Communication at the University of Strathclyde, beginning in 2020. Previously, they obtained a Master's degree in Ingegneria biomedica/medica from Politecnico di Milano in 2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same institution in 2012. Gianluca also holds certifications from ETS for TOEFL and TOEIC, obtained in 2020 and 2012 respectively, as well as a FCE First Certificate in English from Cambridge Assessment English, obtained in 2004.
