Gautami Patil

Gautami Patil has a diverse background in performance marketing, finance, and stakeholder management, currently serving in a performance marketing role at Plum since February 2025. Prior experience includes functioning as a Performance Marketing Associate at Croma from September 2023 to January 2025 and as a Deputy Manager (Product) at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where responsibilities involved stakeholder interactions and team coordination from June to September 2023. Gautami also gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Siemens Financial Services and as an Intern at Abhyudaya Co-Operative Bank Ltd., focusing on client onboarding and loan department support, respectively. Gautami holds a PGDM in Retail Management from Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from SIES(Nerul) College of Arts Science and Commerce.
