Matt Omlor has extensive experience in the food science sector, currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at Pure's Food Specialties, LLC since May 2022. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Food Scientist II at Rise Baking Company from May 2020 to May 2022, and at Dawn Foods Global from October 2016 to May 2020, holding both Food Scientist II and Food Scientist I positions. Earlier in Matt's career, responsibilities included working as an Equipment and Process Innovation Tech at Little Caesars Pizza from July 2015 to October 2016, and as a Cooking Performance Lab Technician II on a contract basis at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2014 to July 2015. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science from Michigan State University between 2009 and 2013.
