Araya Arellano

Araya Arellano currently serves as a Human Resource Generalist at PureSky Energy since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a People Operations Generalist and People Operations Specialist at DRGinvest from December 2020 to August 2023. Araya also served in the US Navy Reserve as an Aviation Mechanic from March 2018 to December 2020 and worked as a Military Placement Assistant at The Honor Bridge from February 2018 to May 2019, focusing on reverse recruiting for transitioning military members. Araya's military experience began in the US Navy from August 2013 to April 2017, also as an Aviation Mechanic. Araya holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Technical University, completed in 2019 and 2018, respectively.
