Jared Donald

Jared Donald has extensive experience in the clean energy industry, holding leadership roles in various organizations. Jared is currently the President and CEO of PureSky Energy since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an EVP at the same company for a short period in 2023. Jared served as the President of Synergist Energy from 2015 onwards. Jared also has experience working at Amp, where they held positions such as EVP and Head of USA from 2016 to 2023. Jared was also the Vice President of Origination and Structuring at Amp from 2016 to 2018. In addition, they have held positions at Conergy, where they were the President, Canada and VP USA from 2010 to 2015. Before that, they worked as the Director of Business Development and Technical Sales Manager at Conergy. Prior to their roles at Conergy, Jared served as the Founder/President of SkyTech Renewables Inc., where they focused on the design and supply of solar thermal collectors. Jared has also been actively involved in the industry as the Chair of the CanSIA Board of Directors from 2011 to 2014 and as a Member of the Stakeholder Advisory Committee at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) from 2013 to 2017. Jared's work experience demonstrates their expertise and leadership in the clean energy sector.

Jared Donald completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Strategy from the University of Calgary from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, graduating between 2000 and 2004.
