Mark Young

Mark Young, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mark is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at PureSky Energy, where they focus on community solar projects and partnerships. Prior to this, Mark worked at Laminaar Aviation Infotech Americas, Inc as the Human Resources Director, where they developed and executed the HR strategy for sales and implementations in the North and Latin America regions. Mark also gained valuable experience as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at H2R-Solutions, LLC, where they provided workforce management and benefits consulting to clients nationwide. Earlier in their career, Mark held leadership positions at TalentWave and Ouray Sportswear, where they managed HR activities, including compliance, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Overall, Mark has extensive experience in HR strategy, team management, and fostering strong partnerships.

Mark Young, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Colorado State University. Mark also obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in April 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2011.
