Pille Harrison

Pille Harrison has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, specializing in clinical development and rheumatology. Pille is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Development at Purespring Therapeutics, a leading gene therapy company focused on kidney diseases. Previously, they held the same position at Alpine Immune Sciences, where they contributed to the development of clinical programs. Pille also worked as a Senior Medical Director at arGEN-X, a Senior Advisor for Rheumatoid Arthritis at Cyxone, and a Consultant in Rheumatology at Taunton & Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. Pille has held key leadership positions in clinical research, including Vice President roles at Sangamo Therapeutics France (formerly TxCell) and TxCell, where they worked on gene therapy and solid organ transplantation programs. Before that, they served as the Translational Medicine Lead and Senior Lead Rheumatology at Galapagos, overseeing clinical trials and study designs.
