Sachin Kelkar

Sachin Kelkar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sachin started their career as an Account Coordinator at Chemdex Corporation in 1998. Sachin then worked as an Account Manager and later as a Director of Strategic Accounts at Yodlee, Inc., where they managed top client relationships with major financial institutions. In 2006, they joined Wells Fargo Securities as an Associate in Healthcare Investment Banking, where they conducted financial analyses and participated in several high-value transactions. From 2009 to 2013, they co-founded and led LifeTech Capital, a boutique investment bank specializing in healthcare companies. Sachin then served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Practice Fusion from 2013 to 2017, where they were responsible for corporate strategy, financial planning, and capital raising. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at Zipongo, where they oversaw accounting, finance, legal, and HR functions. Most recently, Sachin Kelkar worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Geltor Inc., where they led various functions, including accounting, corporate finance, IT, strategy and business operations, investor relations, and corporate development. In February 2023, they joined Purespring Therapeutics as the Chief Financial Officer.

Sachin Kelkar has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley. Sachin further pursued a Masters Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their educational background, Sachin Kelkar has obtained the Series 7 and 63 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in October 2006.
