Prior to this, David held the position of Plant Manager at Evoqua Water Technologies for nearly five years, where successful management of a high purity plant led to recognition and attempts to replicate their methods across other company locations. David's extensive background also includes roles as Plant Manager at Siemens and US Filter, focusing on production, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance. Early career experience features positions as a Service Technician at Aqua Media and Arrowhead Industrial Water, where foundational skills in water demineralization and regeneration were developed.
