Neera Jain

Neera Jain, PhD, MBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of CMC at PureTech Health since March 2025. Previously, from April 2016 to November 2024, Neera held multiple leadership roles at Syros Pharmaceuticals, including Vice President of Chemical Pharmaceutical Development & Operations and Vice President of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Development, overseeing technical development, operations, analytical development, global supply operations, and CMC project management. Neera's experience also includes leadership positions at Synta Pharmaceuticals and Wyeth Research, focusing on formulation development of new chemical entities and sterile products throughout the drug development lifecycle. Neera holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Arizona, an MBA in Finance from Iona University, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, with additional executive education from Harvard Business School.
