Varun Garg

Varun Garg has extensive experience in the field of clinical pharmacology. Varun is currently working as the Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology at PureTech Health since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology at X4 Pharmaceuticals from February 2020 to June 2022. Varun also served as the Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology at resTORbio (now Adicet Bio) from May 2019 to December 2019.

Varun's previous experience includes various roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, where they held positions such as Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, and Senior Investigator in Clinical Pharmacology from 2000 to 2019. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Director of Pharmacokinetics at Aronex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and as a Manager of PK/PD and Drug Metabolism at Otsuka America Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Varun started their career as a Senior Clinical Pharmacokineticist at Wyeth (now Pfizer) in 1993.
