Director, Business Transformation at PureWRX

Stephanie Waters is the current Director of Business Transformation at PureWRX. Stephanie has been with PureWRX since January 2018 and in their current role, they are responsible for designing, executing, and leading multiple teams through organizational change efforts of varying size and complexity to support corporate goals.

Stephanie’s previous role with PureWRX was Senior Operations Project Manager from January 2018- September 2021. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for identifying inefficiencies within each area of the organization and implementing corrective actions and improved processes. Stephanie also managed the Operations, Sales Support and Product team through a project focused approach to support growth plan. Furthermore, Stephanie developed business cases, prioritize, and managed all operational related system projects directly with system engineers. Lastly, they managed the on-boarding process for new partners.

Before their role as Senior Operations Project Manager, Stephanie was the Programs and Operations Project Manager from January 2015-January 2018. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for creating and implementing processes and procedures for business development programs and business operations. A few of their responsibilities included coordinating with all business units to develop and implement program processes as well as overseeing implementations for new program launches. Stephanie also managed the on-boarding process for external partners and assisted executive team in overall program strategic planning.

Stephanie Waters holds a BBA from Baylor University in Management and Marketing. Stephanie is also certified from the Project Management Institute in PMP.
