Donna Baur

Donna (McCabe) Baur holds a B.A. in History from Trinity College-Hartford and possesses extensive experience in various managerial and consulting roles across several industries. Currently serving as the HOA Relations / Community Services Manager at Purgatory Resort since March 2022, Donna previously worked as an IT Consultant for D & J Technologies, LLC from June 2020 to March 2022, and as President and Owner of CMIT Solutions of Durango and Farmington from August 2017 to June 2020, where the focus was on providing responsive IT support. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Executive at Swiss Re from January 1995 to April 2008, where Donna held significant roles, including Co-Head of Regional Center Americas. Additional background includes working as a Compensation Coordinator at Trenwick America Corp. and providing HR consulting services while self-employed.
