Alex Cosgrove

Alex Cosgrove has worked in the brewing industry since 2008. Alex began with a two-week work experience placement at Ringwood Brewery, where they gained a BIIAB Beer and Cellar Quality Pass qualification. In 2011, they completed a work experience placement at Dorset Piddle Brewery Limited, where they gained experience in production, product development, marketing, research and design, packaging, delivering, retailing, quality control, and social media. In 2013, Alex took on the role of Marketing Assistant at Purity Brewing Co, where they were responsible for Point of Sale and Point of Purchase, Digital Marketing, and promoting new products. In 2015, they were promoted to Customer Marketing Manager and then to Marketing Executive. In their role as Marketing Executive, Alex was responsible for social media, websites, and E-Marketing, and was the sole account manager for Wasps Rugby and the Ricoh Arena. Alex also lead role on events, festivals, and outside bars, from stock planning, bar installs to joint marketing plans.

Alex Cosgrove graduated from Coventry University in 2015 with a BA (Hons) in Advertising and Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Ringwood School from 2004 to 2011.
