Florent Vialan

Florent Vialan has over 20 years of experience in the brewing and winemaking industry. Florent began their career in 2000 as a Winemaker at Valloton A at fils. In 2002, they moved to Brasserie L&L Alphand as a Brewer with sole responsibility for production of lager and ales in both bottle and keg. In 2003, they became the Second Brewer at Archers brewery. In 2005, they moved to Larkins brewery as a Brewer. Finally, in 2006, they were appointed Director of Brewing at Purity Brewing Co, where they have remained since.

Florent Vialan's education history includes earning a Bac STAE in Environmental Science and Agriculture from Lycee agricole de Sandar between 2006 and 2008, as well as a Brevet de Techicien Superieur in Biotechnology from Enilbio Poligny between 2000 and 2002.
