Benno Fuchs

Benno Fuchs has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Benno currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Puro.earth, leading their operations. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Operations, EMEA for the same company. In their role, they led the operations for Puro.earth in the EMEA region, focusing on carbon removals. Before joining Puro.earth, Benno worked at FORLIANCE as the Director Partnerships Climate Solutions and also as a Sales Manager. Benno was responsible for developing partnerships and managing sales in the climate solutions sector. Additionally, they have experience in sales roles at GRUMA Fördertechnik GmbH and as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Hochschule für Angewandte Sprachen des SDI München. Benno has also worked as a Working Student in Corporate Communications at OSRAM. Benno has a strong academic background and has served as a Phd Student Lecturer at Universität Passau / Internationale Hochschule SDI München and as a Junior Researcher in Economics and Culture at the European Institute for ASEAN Studies.

Benno Fuchs has a diverse education history. Benno obtained a Certification in Strategic Change Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2023 and completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts in Kultur- und Kommunikationswissenschaft from International University SDI München between 2014 and 2016. Benno also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Übersetzen from the same institution for the academic year 2013-2014. Before pursuing higher education, Benno received a staatl. gepr. Übersetzer diploma in English from International University SDI München in 2010 and studied at Universitat d'Alacant in 2010-2011. Additionally, they obtained a staatl. gepr. Fremdsprachenkorrespondent degree from International University SDI München in 2008-2010.
