Nischal Gupta is a seasoned project and program manager with extensive experience in leading software development and digital transformation initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager / Software Development Manager at Purolator Inc., Nischal focuses on enhancing the customer delivery experience through AWS cloud-based solutions and improving Agile delivery models. Prior roles include managing key customer experience projects at Innovapost, automating processes at BMO Bank of Montreal, and providing Agile coaching at TD. Additional experience encompasses leading enterprise-level applications at Amazon, key online banking initiatives at RBC, and overseeing digital transformation at Scotiabank. Nischal's foundational expertise was developed during a long tenure at IBM Canada, where roles included Service Delivery Manager and IT Solutions Architect.
