Rachel Friesen

Rachel Friesen is an experienced IT Project Manager at Purolator Inc. since September 2021, responsible for managing project lifecycles from discovery to delivery while ensuring stakeholder engagement and compliance with project standards. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Delivery Manager at InnoCare Ltd, applying agile methodologies to oversee software projects, and as a Business Process Manager, where analysis and Salesforce CRM tools were utilized to enhance departmental efficiencies. Earlier career experiences include roles in communications, development, and administrative support at pt Health, where a Learning Management System was implemented, and in crane operation at ArcelorMittal Dofasco. Rachel holds an Ontario College Diploma in Creative Photography from Humber College.
