Rodyrick Pineda

Rodyrick Pineda is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Purolator Inc. since June 2022. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Amazon, where Rodyrick was instrumental in supporting the launch of a new location, and People and Culture Manager at IKEA Group, responsible for leading a team and implementing various HR policies and strategies that significantly decreased turnover. With additional experience as a Recruitment Specialist and Coordinator, Rodyrick has demonstrated success in developing effective recruitment strategies and managing complex employee issues. Rodyrick holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College and an Honors Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber, along with a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College.
