Sarah Chen

Sarah Chen, MBA, PMP, CSSBB, is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and engineering, currently serving as the Network Planning and Capacity Manager at Purolator Inc. since November 2021. In this role, Sarah evaluates and develops capacity models while leading cross-functional initiatives. Concurrently, Sarah is a Sessional Instructor at the University of Calgary, teaching undergraduate students in supply chain management. Previous experience includes a tenure at FedEx Express Canada, where Sarah managed large-scale engineering projects and enhanced operational processes as a Project Engineer and Senior Service Engineer. Additionally, Sarah worked at Walmart Canada Corp. as a Logistics Engineer and was involved in significant projects such as the conversion of Zeller stores to Walmart. Earlier roles include Business Analyst at Imperial Oil and an Industrial Engineering Intern at Walmart Canada. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
