Mark Jowell

Mark Jowell is an experienced executive with a diverse background in technology and healthcare solutions. Currently serving as the S.M.E Intelligent Healthcare and Director Wayfinding, Head of Healthcare Solutions North America at Purple since October 2019, Mark transitioned to this role following the acquisition of LogicJunction, where Mark was CEO from August 2000 to October 2019, overseeing strategic direction and business development. Prior experience includes serving as Group IT Director at Trencor Limited, managing international logistics information systems, and working as a technology/operations consultant. Mark also held the position of Director of Information Technology at Oxxford Clothes, modernizing operational systems for the company. Early in Mark's career, service as an Officer in the South African Navy Legal Corp laid the foundation for a professional journey marked by leadership and innovation. Mark holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and both a Bachelor of Arts and L.L.B from the University of the Witwatersrand.
